Invisalign aligners are a breakthrough technology used to straighten or adjust teeth without the need for traditional metal braces, bands, and wires. Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners to gently shift your teeth into a more desirable positions. While traditional braces can accomplish this as well, they are more noticeable. Invisalign aligners are made from a clear, lightweight material and are barely noticeable. To Get the best results, the aligners should be worn for at least 22 hours a day. You can however remove them for eating and brushing your teeth.
Invisalign treatment starts with a consultation to determine that you are an ideal candidate. We will take photos of your teeth and face, then using state of the art 3D scanner to scan your teeth and create a digital model, then these records are sent to Invisalign with detailed instructions on how we want the teeth to be moved.
A 3D model simulation of your teeth is created, showing the current position of the teeth and how they will gradually move as you progress into wearing your aligners, from this 3-D model we can determine the number of aligners required to achieve the desired result. You will wear each set of aligners for two weeks, working through your set of aligners . Overtime, your teeth will shift gently and comfortably into their final desired position.
